01Acceptable Use
You must be 13 or older. Don't upload illegal, abusive, or malicious content, attempt to compromise our systems, or scrape the platform in ways that degrade performance for others.
02Your Account
Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for all activity under your account. Don't impersonate others or infringe trademarks. We may reclaim usernames that violate this.
03Your Content
You own what you upload. By uploading you grant us a limited licence to host and display it to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of any user-uploaded media or content. You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate third-party rights, including copyright.
If we receive a report or notice that uploaded content infringes third-party rights or violates these terms, we reserve the right to remove it at our sole discretion without prior notice. We are not obligated to contact either party to confirm removal.
04Discover
The Discover page is entirely opt-in. Your profile will never appear there unless you explicitly enable discovery from your dashboard. You can opt out at any time — your profile is removed from Discover immediately.
By opting in, you consent to your display name, username, bio, avatar, and profile view count being shown publicly on the Discover page.
05Termination
Delete your account anytime from your dashboard — all data is removed immediately. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms without prior notice.
06Disclaimer
The Service is provided as-is with no guarantees. We're not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages. We may update these terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
